Coaching
Coaching sessions which are an action-oriented partnership leading clients to discovery on how to reach business and professional goals.
Each session is 30-45 minutes and is built around action oriented outcome. I partner with individuals 1:1 or I can design a cohort based coaching experience. The goal is to develop a deeper understanding of truth - which leads to setting goals, a commitment to change, and comfort with disruption.
1:1 sessions are typically bi-weekly or monthly.
Design & development
Design and development services cover a spectrum of deliverables; I design offerings related to workshop training, self-paced learning, hybrid learning, and town hall events. Each of these methodologies are carefully designed with the business at the forefront. I follow a nimble process similar to the ADDIE model, which accelerates requirements and development to achieve your goals.
Assessment design
I have deep experience in assessment design in terms of planning development. Assessments are useful as a pre- and post-test to evaluate knowledge gain, or to understand development opportunities.
There are a myriad of tools to choose from, and I have experience with SHL assessments (personality) as well as a cognitive approach to the best use of feedback and remediation.
I have extensive experience in the creation of a “Test Out” framework, which accelerates custom learning plans based on assessment results.
Succession planning
I have deep expertise in working with senior executive succession planning and I have used data-driven analytics to build a strategic pipeline, and create an action-oriented roadmap to close gaps on skills for leaders in the pipeline.
Succession planning is a skill I have based on my experience to create planning for those individuals who are 1-2 and 3-5 jobs away from incumbents. I know how to work along side stakeholder teams to develop coaching, executive interview plans, and mentoring opportunities to continuously grow leadership skills within the organization.
